Fjords of austral Patagonia - 2017

In this fieldtrip in 2017 I was living in a small boat for 2 weeks with other 7 scientists and 4 boat handling people. We were studying the metamorphic, volcanic, and sedimentary rocks of the Magallanes fold-and-thrust belt. There were some of the most singular places I've ever been, with pristine wild life and strange rocks from when the Andes were still a piece of ocean floor.
